We are seeking a Customer Care Centre Co-ordinator to support families through a pivotal time in their lives. This role involves delivering our services to client families through a culture of CARE and excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for families arranging a funeral
- Organising transportation of a loved one into our care
- Delivering a strong customer experience
- Assisting with enquiry follow-up and assorted calls relating to our funeral home brands and cemetery and crematoria memorial parks
The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in a contact centre environment or in a care industry, with a high level of empathy and resilience. They will be looking to work in a high-performing team and enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two calls can be the same.

Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 AUD (dependent on experience)
