  • Understand how your work satisfies client needs;">

  • Mentor the Service Team to meet expected outcomes and KPIs;">
  • Run reports and analyse data to ensure a high standard of service provision;">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a rostering/administrative or team leader role;">
  • Strong leadership skills;">
  • Experience in delivering training or supervising employees;">
  • Sound computer skills;">
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;">
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.">
