About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Professional to join our team and lead rostering tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing employee schedules using LookOut software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage employee schedules using LookOut software
- Collaborate with team leaders and support coordinators to understand client needs and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor rostering data to identify trends, anticipate staffing needs, and adjust schedules as required
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding their schedules, shift changes, and relevant updates
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address staffing issues promptly and professionally
- Train new employees on LookOut usage for scheduling purposes and provide ongoing support as needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Demonstrated experience as an Admin All-Rounder with Roster Tasks or similar role within the disability sector
- Proficiency in using LookOut or similar rostering software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with staff at all levels
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
