About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing and communications function at Hilton Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and develop innovative strategies that enhance our reputation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives, managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Tactical marketing activities across all areas of the hotel, including press releases, press conferences, and overall press relations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, leveraging commercial strategy and implementing awareness programs for targeted media and content creators.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a performance-driven setting.
  • Degree-level qualification in business, marketing, or PR/Communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Knowledge of Sydney market, flexibility, creativity, and high-level IT skills, including Microsoft Office, CMS, Canva, Adobe, and major design software.
