Personal Assistant to Leadership Team

The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing events, and providing administrative support to our core leadership.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with our co-founders, General Manager, and Operations Manager to help shape the management and growth of our company. You will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining calendars, including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- Coordinating meetings, including organizing agendas, compiling minutes, and following up on action items;
- Organizing team and company-wide events, including logistics, catering, and resources;
- Managing and tracking projects, including timelines, deliverables, and deadlines;
- Providing general office management, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion;
As our Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business, Management, Marketing, or Operations;
- At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work;
- Long-term commitment to the role and the company;
