About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Lead to join our team at Personal Mini Storage. As a Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading and implementing change management strategies across our organization, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business objectives and IT projects.
  • Lead change management activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to secure support for change initiatives and address concerns or resistance.
  • Create and manage detailed change plans, including change management approach, desired change outcomes, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Develop training plans and oversee the delivery of training programs and support materials to help employees adapt to changes and ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitor and report on change management activities and progress, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential risks associated with changes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance processes, policies, and standards.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned change management professional with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes from complex IT projects. You will have strong stakeholder management skills, leadership experience, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams. A background in IT project management, business analysis, and application delivery is highly desirable.
