Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with office management and leadership teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Provide HR coaching and guidance to business and technical managers and supervisors to support their teams' growth and development.
- Support regional Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and participate in or lead regional or global HR initiatives as needed.
- Resolve issues related to HR regulations, laws, and policies, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HR regulations, practices, and labor market, as well as a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships of trust with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally, while possessing high attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
- High level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite, with knowledge of Success Factors an asset.
