About The Role: We seek an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to lead and inspire our Lifestyle team. You will develop and oversee a comprehensive lifestyle program that reflects resident choice and preferences, ensuring a happy and engaged community.

Key duties include establishing positive relationships with residents and their families, developing individual lifestyle care plans, creating activity and special events calendars, and collaborating with other teams to ensure holistic wellbeing outcomes.

About You: You have a passion for supporting residents and a strong background in leading teams, with relevant qualifications and experience in leisure and lifestyle coordination.

Required skills and qualifications include a Cert IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent, proficiency in computer literacy, and the ability to produce engaging flyers and program materials.
