At Myer, we're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join our Sydney City team as a **Gucci Counter Senior Retail Manager**.

This is a permanent part-time position based at Myer Sydney City, with 36 hours per week. As a **Gucci Counter Senior Retail Manager**, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop a team to achieve great results.

The purpose of this role is to lead and develop a committed team to achieve consistently great results. You'll set and deliver targets by providing exceptional customer experiences, meet customer needs in every way by recommending additional services, and represent and advocate for Myer to generate customer loyalty and maintain a strong client base.

As a **Gucci Counter Senior Retail Manager**, you'll also be responsible for demonstrating extensive product knowledge, establishing strong working relationships with all stakeholders, motivating, engaging, and managing a team, and working to budgets and effectively planning weekly rosters.

About You:

  • Retail sales background with proven results
  • Previous beauty industry experience working with Luxury Beauty brands
  • The ability to establish strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • The experience and passion to motivate, engage & manage a team
  • Qualifications in Makeup Artistry having worked in retail
  • Financial acumen to work to budgets and effectively plan weekly rosters
