Estee Lauder Counter Manager - Sydney International AirportJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and develop our team of Sales Associates in a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities include creating and executing an agile business plan, recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales and customer service targets.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
  • Cultivate a culture that values diversity of thought and people.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
