Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Gucci Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and maintaining the overall aesthetic of our Sydney Westfield Store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to develop and implement visual strategies for the store.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of store displays, including window displays and in-store fixtures.
  • Train new staff members on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of in-store events and promotions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a visual merchandising role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology and learning about updated technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
