Job Summary

As a Visual Merchandiser at GUCCI AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, you will be responsible for assisting in coordinating and executing all Visual Merchandising requirements for your store. You will take direction from the Store Manager and the Visual Merchandising team, maintaining guidelines as required, embracing the essence of the brand, and delivering a weekly brief to the Flagship store regarding a VM topic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation across all store areas, including show windows and in-store displays.
  • Assist the VM Team in window installation and maintenance, as well as the setup of in-store events.
  • Train new staff members on VM guidelines, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to maintain VM standards.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing VM strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a visual merchandising role, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, with a strong attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using technology and/or learning about updated technologies.
