About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in the operation of our Human Resources department, servicing over 300 staff across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all candidates.
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary matters, performance reviews, and leave arrangements.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of People & Culture to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR or Recruitment role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
