Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify case referrals and prepare case briefs and documentation for our Field Consultants
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the booking team and act as a first point of escalation
  • Review and qualify Face2Face referrals to ensure sufficient information and scope of service and allocate for actioning
  • Provide ad hoc advice to clients or Consultants prior to the scheduled meeting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations
  • Strong working knowledge of the Employment Relations Act, Holidays Act and other related legislation
  • Prior exposure to sensitive employment relations matters such as grievances, disciplinaries and redundancies, with solid knowledge of general awards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Formal qualifications in HR / IR or Law are highly regarded
