The Role

We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Specialist to partner with our leadership team and support staff to ensure the efficient running of our human resources support function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit and retain top talent.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including preparing position descriptions, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing third-party provider relationships.
  • Proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates through networking and technology-based strategies.
  • Maintain applicant and interview data accurately.
  • Manage employment offers and contractual matters, and onboard new staff.
  • Support staff well-being by promoting health and safety initiatives.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment that fosters productivity, satisfaction, and longevity.
  • Support the implementation of coaching, learning, development, and diversity programs.
  • Update internal HR policies to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
  • Prior recruitment experience, ideally within professional services.
