Consultant Role: Business Application Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As an integral member of our highly experienced team, you will work closely with clients and the Microsoft team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About the Opportunity:

As a Business Central consultant, your primary objective will be to help clients streamline their operations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You will be involved in building tomorrow's solutions today, using the latest business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations and implement them using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Document workshop outcomes, including fit-gap analysis, functional and technical requirements, and blueprints.
  • Help clients navigate configuration options and suggest process optimisation and improvement solutions.
  • Collaborate with other functional and technical consultants to configure Business Central to meet client needs.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training to clients' key users and end-users.
  • Develop test scripts and support clients during UAT and Go Live activities.
  • Collaborate with engagement managers to deliver high-quality projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
  • Previous experience working on projects through the full life cycle from Initiation to Go Live.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Jobs.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.

Salary and Location:

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role is based in Australia and New Zealand, offering a great quality of life and opportunities for professional growth.
