Job Title: Business Consultant Manager

Job Summary:

Mitra Innovation Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant Manager to join our team. As a Business Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for driving business solutions and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a conduit between business and development teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze business problems and design solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Elicit business requirements and translate them into functional, transition, and non-functional requirements.
  • Formulate solution roadmaps based on business objectives and goals.
  • Perform backlog refinement and document requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Drive solution development by collaborating with development and quality teams on ideation, design, and testing.
  • Collaborate with the team on routine issue resolution in planning and monitoring.
  • Actively lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up, showcases, and retrospective meetings.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to the disability insurance sector would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with remote teams.
  • Experience in deriving, analyzing, and evaluating business solutions.
  • Drive for achieving results.
  • Quick learner.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of business management or Information Technology.
  • 5 or more years of experience in executing Business Analyst activities.

Working Conditions:

  • The post holder may be required to work at any of the Mitra sites in line with service and operational needs.
  • The post holder may be required to undertake such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis as may be required commensurate with this role.
  • This may include periods of time working on client premises and/or internationally.

Communication:

  • All staff should be able to communicate effectively and in line with Mitra's style of communications.

  • All staff are required to adhere to and act consistently with all relevant health and safety legislation and procedures in order to ensure that their own and the health, safety, and security of others is maintained.
  • This will include identifying and reporting all risks to health and safety, security of equipment, and property.
