About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Officer to join our team at Templestowe Grove Care Community. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales and admissions process runs smoothly, conducting tours, and proactively managing sales enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the sales and admissions process
- Conduct tours
- Proactively manage sales enquiries
- Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Maximise occupancy
- Support the implementation of approved marketing events
- Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
- Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
- Assisting with client services and general enquiries
- Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
- Reception and other administration duties where required
- Managing team rosters and timesheets
