About the Role:
At Opal HealthCare, we are dedicated to bringing joy to those we care for. As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Care Community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tours of our facilities to prospective residents and their families.
- Proactively manage sales enquiries and maximise occupancy.
- Build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll and accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the implementation of approved marketing events.
- Assist with client services and general enquiries.
- Assistance with recruitment processes and reception duties.
- Manage team rosters and timesheets.
