Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Officer to join our team at Templestowe Grove Care Community.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday
- You will be responsible for ensuring the sales and admissions process runs smoothly
- Conduct tours of our care community and provide excellent customer service
- Proactively manage sales enquiries and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maximise occupancy rates in our care community
- Support the implementation of approved marketing events
- Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and invoicing
- Provide administrative support with client services and general enquiries
- Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting employment contracts
- Undertake reception duties and other administration tasks as required
- Manage team rosters and timesheets
