Senior Financial Planning Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer business FP&A team, you will be responsible for leading the monthly planning and annual budgeting process, reviewing month-end results, and providing variance analysis and insights.

You will also facilitate monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/Strategic & Operational Planning (S&OP) processes to drive awareness and alignment between departments and achieve strategic objectives. Additionally, you will partner with business stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes through insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the forecast/budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, changes in business conditions, and in line with forecasting cycles.
  2. Facilitate monthly IBP/S&OP process to drive awareness and alignment between departments to achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Partner with business stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes through insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  4. Maintain controls over Customer Price lists and Product Costs to ensure they are accurately maintained and updated within SAP in accordance with SOA in a timely manner.
  5. Support a culture of continuous improvement to capture, implement, and enhance business performance, efficiency, insights, and value.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Key skills include CPA or CA qualification, strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thorough understanding of financial governance practices, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
