Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the financial reporting and analysis team, you will play a critical role in providing management accounting support and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial analysis and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement efficient month-end accounting processes, including review and analysis of financial results.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar financial analyst role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting and CPA/CA qualification.
  • Proven expertise in management accounting activities, including month-end processes and financial analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
