About the Role

We are seeking a senior financial planning analyst to join our team at MUFG. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating vendor and financial administration and reporting for the Asia Systems Office Oceania (ASOO) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial: Coordinate and administer financial reporting for vendors and projects, including accrual of invoices, statements and end-of-year processing.
  • Assist in managing budget forecasting and reporting on monthly actual spend versus agreed budget forecasts.
  • Process invoices and payment fulfillment for ASOO.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administration duties relating to ASOO activities, including communications, facilities handling, business process handling and policies execution.
  • Facilitate communication within and across departments to organise room bookings, schedule meetings and follow up with attendees.
  • Project/Vendor Support: Collaborate with ASOO on vendor management, contract renewals, invoicing and compliance checks. Also coordinate eProcurement plans with project managers and teams.
  • Manage expenses budgets, monthly reporting and other periodic reports.
Requirements

You will have 2 years' experience in administration and financial management, handling a variety of tasks from internal stakeholders to external vendors. Previous experience in banking and finance is preferred but not essential. You must have good finance knowledge, solid Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
