FP&A Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and reports. You will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to provide capital reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain long-term capital strategy plans (5-year strategy) and financial models.
  • Support capital governance, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and review monthly capital reports and financial presentations.

About You:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a financial, commercial, or capital analyst role post qualification.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • CPA/CA qualification with a solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards.
  • Experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier chartered environment is highly regarded - 1st/ 2nd movers encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
