  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks on time, and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
  • Maintaining a Clean Workspace: Ensure that the office is clean, organized, and free from clutter.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in clerical duties; additional education may be substituted for experience.
  • Training in keyboarding, math, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics presentation, proofreading, or office etiquette preferred.
  • U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer in Administration classifications or Administrative, Clerical or Office Services specialty codes may be substituted for experience.
