True Hands Home Care and Disability services is seeking to employ a bright, bubbly, competent and organized Scheduler ( Hybrid, Mostly WFH)

**About You**:
Working on a fixed roster, with hours Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm. The role will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support and assistance to our clinical and management team and will be scheduling direct-care staff to meet our clients’ needs.

This role is complex and fast paced giving you the opportunity to stretch your rostering skills and analytical thinking

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the appropriate areas, minimising staff travel and non-direct tasks.
- Receive calls in relation to care recipient/external providers queries and ensure these are responded to in a timely manner.
- Respond to calls appropriately within an administrative capacity.
- Works with roster coordinator to ensure resources meet client demand.
- Liaise with staff with regards to schedule changes**.**

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Customer service skills demonstrated by experience
- Excellent problem-solving and initiative, the ability to be flexible in thinking
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Good listening skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Experience in coordinating people and responding appropriately
- Ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations
- High-level report writing skills
- Client Database Systems experience

**Mandatory Qualifications for this role**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children check
- Current police check

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
