Caroline Springs, Australia Western Plains Psychology Full time

6-10 hours per week, plus additional coverage if needed. Needing applicants to have availability for morning and evening shifts.

- We are a busy clinic that operates over 2 locations, with psychologists, counsellors and ABA therapists
- We are seeking an enthusiastic person with great communication skills, customer/client service oriented, friendly and professional
- We require an individual who can both take direction and work autonomously, whilst operating in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to follow processes and must have good technological skills
- Previous customer service and Microsoft Office exposure is required
- Someone who is animal friendly, as we have two therapy cats and two therapy dogs

Duties include:

- Welcoming and greeting clients in a positive manner
- Provide administrative support across the organisation
- Coordinate front-desk activities, including couriers, distributing correspondence, arranging appointments and redirecting phone calls
- Performing a range of office duties to ensure the office is maintained to a high standard
- Processing payments via Hi-Caps machine, and cash handling
- Liaising with other health professionals and services
- An understanding of payments and processes with Medicare, Workcover, TAC, VOCAT, NDIS etc.
- Multitasking
- Microsoft Word, Excel and OneNote proficiency

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-10 per week

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

- Morning shift

- MS Office: 1 year (required)
