After Hours Support Specialist

This role is a critical component of the National After-Hours Services Unit, providing timely support to various programs catering to young people with complex needs.
The position involves working closely with these young people who require social, emotional, and behavioural support. The successful candidate will be based in Preston and report directly to the Coordinator.
This opportunity aligns with our commitment to delivering high-quality services that make a tangible difference in the lives of our clients.
Key Requirements- Awareness of current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.
- Experience in youth services or residential care.
- Ability to relate to and work with young people exhibiting social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
- Understanding of OH&S issues in the workplace.
