After Hours Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our after-hours services unit, providing responsive support to residential care, home based care and case management programs for young people with complex needs.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Preston, working as part of our national after-hours service team.
- A strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and values is required.
- Experience in youth services or residential care is essential.
- Ability to work effectively with young people who have social, emotional and behavioural difficulties is necessary.
- Understanding of OH&S issues in the workplace is also required.
Mandatory requirements include a valid driver's licence, satisfactory criminal history check, employee working with children check, and NDIS workers screening check.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families and stakeholders to ensure effective support delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the quality of support services.
