Your Impact


As a seasoned Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving cultural transformation and delivering high-quality, professional services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven P&C professional to own the role, support our people & culture team, and contribute to our broader business objectives during an exciting period of transformation.



Key Responsibilities



  • Trusted Advisor**: Provide expert P&C advice, guidance, and solutions, as well as coaching to develop people capabilities, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Cultural Champion**: Promote cultural change, support new initiatives, and drive continuous improvement, embodying the values of innovation and excellence.
  • Employee Relations Specialist**: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair people and business outcomes that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Workforce Planning Expert**: Partner with leaders/managers to provide expert advice on effective workforce planning solutions and organisational structures, driving strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Management Strategist**: Provide expert guidance on day-to-day performance management, driving positive changes in the management of people and performance improvement.
  • Talent Development Leader**: Support the People & Culture Manager in implementing the people strategy, embedding a strategic and integrated approach across the organisation.
  • Change Agent**: Work collaboratively with the Talent & L&D team to contribute to key organisational development and change projects, rolling out new change initiatives to onboarding, culture, D&I, and engagement programs.
  • Innovation Catalyst**: Lead and motivate the development of innovative and creative approaches to people solutions, building ownership and engagement at all levels.


Requirements



  • Business Partnering Experience**: Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, professional, and expert P&C advice and services, with a strong track record of influencing and inspiring stakeholders.
  • Natural Influencer**: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and inspire others, leading P&C best practice.
  • Employee Relations Expertise**: Excellent understanding of contemporary employee relations, as well as an understanding of change management principles, driving strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Innovative Mindset**: Innovative and entrepreneurial, with a continuous improvement mindset, embracing change and driving transformative initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving Skills**: A pragmatic approach to solving problems, with the ability to drive and support transformational change, implementing new cultural initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge**: Previous experience working within the engineering or professional services industry (desirable).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum**, depending on location and experience
