Senior Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Estimator to join our Cost and Commercial Management Team in Brisbane, supporting the delivery of multiple commissions with clients like Department Main Roads and Transport QLD, TFNSW, and Logan City Council.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing first principles estimates for heavy civil, road, rail, utilities, and / or aviation projects.
  • Supporting the preparation of estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, and variations assessments.
  • Providing probabilistic P50/P90 risk assessments to help manage project uncertainties.
  • Collaborating with our wider cost management team to deliver cost planning, estimating, and commercial-based services.
  • Supporting the development of our Cost and Commercial Management offering in a client-facing role, through the delivery of services to a high quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 5-8 years of post-qualified experience in a similar role.
