About the Role
- This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
The key responsibilities include:
- Manages front-of-house and office operations
- Provides executive support to senior management (calendar, travel, meetings)
- Handles phone and email enquiries, as well as greets visitors professionally
- Coordinates appointments and client selections meetings
- Assists with document management for sales, projects, and compliance
- Supports bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations)
- Maintains filing systems and digital records
- Assists with internal communications and team events
- Liaises with consultants, suppliers, and site supervisors when necessary
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in an administration or office management role
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office essential; Xero, MYOB, Builder are advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first mindset
