Senior Consultant Job Opportunity

This role is for a Senior Consultant to collaborate with the organisational effectiveness leadership team and partner with domains to drive the evolution of the domain operating model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-performing teams and adaptive ways of working that elevate the domain model.
  • Own and evolve the end-to-end delivery ecosystem, including tooling, governance, and financial and risk processes.
  • Partner with delivery roles to shape and prioritise the delivery tooling backlog.
  • Synthesise current state and envision future opportunities, identifying gaps to move from complexity to coherence.
  • Influence the organisational model strategy, ensuring delivery processes, tooling, and flow are optimised for speed, resilience, and value.

Strong understanding of enterprise delivery and modern technology ways of working. Experience delivering end-to-end processes with consideration of varying stakeholder needs.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale transformations in complex environments.
