Job Title:

Employee Communications Strategist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join our team as Employee Communications Strategist. This role is responsible for planning and managing all communication plans and initiatives within the HR program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive communications strategies, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences and determining appropriate channels and messages.
  • Design and implement communications materials, such as reports, presentations, and other visual aids.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall University comms goals, channels and messages.
  • Coordinate communications events, such as town halls, Q&A sessions and demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline or relevant experience.
  • Over 5 years experience in designing and implementing communications plans for complex projects.
  • Extensive writing and editing skills.
  • Experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders on large and complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
