**Business Advertising Strategist Role**

The primary objective of the Business Advertising Strategist will be to lead the development and implementation of effective business advertising initiatives. This involves planning, organisation, direction and oversight of sales advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and coordinate all sales advertising campaigns for individual properties & boutique projects
  • Provide direction for the design and development of business advertising strategies
  • Oversee and review advertising objectives, implementing trackable outcomes
  • Work closely with sales agents on campaign detail and functionality
  • Maintain digital creative (website, social media Facebook, Instagram etc.)

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor or higher Degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing or relevant field experience
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in Advertising Management or comparable field
  • Real Estate/property industry experience is highly regarded
