Industrial Development Project Coordinator

We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Development Project Coordinator to support our industrial development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project feasibility through market research, financial analysis, and site selection.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare documentation, contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance records in accordance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet agreed timelines and budget constraints.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners to expand our portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in real estate development, preferably in industrial or commercial sectors.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and task prioritization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, capable of adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Periodic travel may be required for site meetings, tenant interactions, and leasing agent communications.
