Industrial Development Project Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of industrial projects on an 18-month contract basis.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with occupier clients, developers, and landlords, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
This role involves assisting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects. The successful candidate will manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Tracking progress, risks, and compliance throughout each project phase.
- Preparing and presenting reports and documentation for project tracking.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
- Experience in project management, construction, or industrial development.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Understanding of cold storage facilities, industrial developments, and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex projects effectively.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
