
Industrial Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in supporting the delivery of projects across various sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating project meetings and documentation;
- Supporting project procurement through tender activities;
- Managing contract documentation and analyzing budgets;
- Verifying progress claims and attending site visits as required;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent field;
- Experience working on industrial projects with a minimum value of $20 million;
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills;
- Proven experience working with tradespeople, suppliers, consultants, and external parties.
