Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and professional Adviser Assistant to join our client's growing team at a top-tier private wealth management firm. This firm is known for delivering tailored financial solutions and offers a supportive, vibrant culture with a commitment to employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a Female Financial advisor with clients who are all Ultra HNW individuals, families, charities, etc.
  • Prepare account opening and transfer forms for client presentation
  • Follow up on asset transfers, rollovers, and cash receipts
  • Prepare Welcome Packs and schedule client reviews in Xplan
  • Manage the review cycle meeting calendar for advisers
  • Handle term deposit rollovers, corporate actions, and trade settlements
  • Respond to client requests promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to arrange adviser meetings
  • Support risk management and compliance culture

About You:

  • Previous experience in an administration or support role within wealth management (Financial Planning/Private Wealth/Stockbroking)
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
