Job Title: Office & Events Coordinator - Private Wealth Management

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Events Coordinator to join our Private Wealth Management team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team and play a crucial role in organizing events and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including project administration, report preparation, and expense reconciliation.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including client and staff events, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Cover some service and administrative duties for when other staff are on leave.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a support capacity, preferably in financial services.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT software.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary between $70-85k base, depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a leading Australian wealth management advisory firm.
