About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Adviser Assistant to join our client's growing team at a top-tier private wealth management firm. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with Ultra HNW individuals, families, and charities, and to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present client documentation, including account opening and transfer forms.
  • Follow up on asset transfers, rollovers, and cash receipts to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Coordinate client reviews and meetings, and manage the review cycle meeting calendar for advisers.
  • Handle term deposit rollovers, corporate actions, and trade settlements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client requests promptly and professionally, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to arrange adviser meetings and ensure effective communication.
  • Support the risk management and compliance culture by maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
About You
  • You have previous experience in an administration or support role within wealth management, with a strong understanding of financial planning and private wealth strategies.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • You are a quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
