About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, and recommend our products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results.
  • An ability to confidently communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different.
  • Experience in the banking and finance industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
