The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery and Operations Manager to join our Support Hub team at Sydney Olympic Park. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional support services across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in delivering seamless support services, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage service desk operations, hardware and software support, IT onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinate IT tasks for office relocations and site connectivity.
  • Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with organisational strategic goals.
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to resolve complex issues, implement changes, and support business growth through secure and scalable IT solutions.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an IT Service Delivery Manager role, preferably in a cloud and end-user compute environment.
  • Certification in ITIL or project management.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing teams focused on customer service, managing outsourced service capabilities, and implementing IT Service Management processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, incident management, successful project delivery, and continuous improvement processes.
