About this Role:

  • You'll serve as the face of our brand, greeting and registering owners and guests with a warm smile and a helping hand.
  • Share your passion for local attractions and insider tips to make their vacation truly unforgettable.
  • Carefully manage paperwork and utilize technology to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Meet and greet guests, generating sales appointments for our resorts and via livestream, building rapport and establishing common ground to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide top-notch service and a smooth check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of exploring within our Wyndham Destinations community, meeting targets and KPIs set by the business.
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position, ideally with a passion for customer service and local knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service and making every guest feel valued.
  • Immaculate presentation standards, with high levels of computer literacy and proficiency in PMS systems (e.g. Hirum, Fidelio, Opera).
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems effectively, adapting to changing situations with ease.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
