- This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.

- High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) an advantage.
