- Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business, driving success and growth for our company.
- This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Genuine passion for customer service and the local area, with a desire to make a positive impact on our guests' experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting the high standards of Wyndham Destinations.
- High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.) an advantage.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
