Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our insurance brokerage team.

The successful candidate will play a key support role across the business, working closely with brokers to manage client documentation, coordinate meetings, maintain systems, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Assist with client documentation, renewals, and compliance checks
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and internal systems
  • Coordinate meetings, manage inboxes, and respond to client queries
  • Support onboarding, contracts, and general office tasks
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

To succeed in this role, you will require strong attention to detail, time management skills, and experience working across multiple systems. Insurance industry knowledge is an asset but not essential.
