Job Title: Junior Medical Officer Support Specialist

The role of this position is a vital part of ensuring smooth operations in the Junior Medical Officers (JMO) Unit.

This position provides administrative support by handling all enquiries related to rotations, rosters, payroll, leave, registration, and immigration for Junior Medical Officers, Hospital staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for JMO recruitment, ensuring compliance with Ministry guidelines and HR practices.
  • Assist in producing accurate rosters with attention to detail.
  • Liaise with JMOs, SMOs, and hospital management to resolve administrative issues.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to produce accurate rosters and manage high volumes of paperwork efficiently.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, databases, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

The successful candidate will be highly organised, motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
