**Federal Government Contract Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team at Recruitment Hive. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring Salesforce solutions that improve the customer experience of federal agencies.

About the Role:

This is a 12+ month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. You will work as part of an agile delivery team, capturing functional requirements and converting them into Epics and User Stories. Your expertise will be essential in assessing business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess business objectives and develop solution options.
  • Participate in agile delivery, capturing functional requirements and converting them into Epics and User Stories.
  • Lead application solution design efforts and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Draft build-ready user stories, including solution notes, reusable UI components, and business/validation rules.
  • Manage the lifecycle of build-ready user stories, ensuring review, approval, traceability, and change management.

Requirements:

  • Certified Salesforce Admin 201 with minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Vlocity, and Communities.
  • Business process mapping and re-engineering background for B2C and B2B service processes, ideally in the disability and healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Systems delivery experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile and similar methods.
  • At least one full cycle implementation of a Vlocity solution, with a preference for the healthcare industry.
  • Achieved Vlocity Certified Platform Developer or Consultant level certification.
  • Demonstrated prior knowledge and experience of complex government and/or government-based insurance schemes.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on national averages and taking into account the location and required skills.
