About the Role

As an Enterprise Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for delivering working and reliable data and software components that meet organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance to customers and stakeholders on implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, and dashboards, to meet client needs.
  • Configure Salesforce settings, such as flows, validation rules, record types, page layouts, approval processes, customised objects, and fields, to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Manage multiple deployments and releases through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Services Cloud and Customer Experience portals.
  • Proven expertise in administering Salesforce applications, including account management, data management, and platform configurations.
  • Experience in implementing configuration-based Salesforce solutions, including UIs, Flows, and Customer Experience portals.
  • Able to troubleshoot issues requiring tracing through Apex codes and Flows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, including branching strategies.
