Job Title: Workspace Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of two Sydney clubhouses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality member experience, fostering a vibrant community, and delivering exceptional service across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of two clubhouses, ensuring a consistent and high-quality member experience.
  • Foster a vibrant community by engaging with members, gathering feedback, and enhancing community initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to exceed business objectives, financial targets, and customer expectations.
  • Manage clubhouse P&Ls, align operational expenses with financial targets, and ensure profitability.
  • Develop strong relationships with building management and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to maximise occupancy, customer retention, and business development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-focused, service-oriented environments, preferably in hospitality, hotels or membership-based organisations.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role, with proven success in team management and development.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Experience managing multiple sites is desirable, with the ability to oversee operations across different locations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on member satisfaction.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and fostering community engagement.
